• Sunday Aug. 8 - VBS review meeting following the service for all workers.
• Friday Aug. 13 - Swaim Nursing Home, 2:30 p.m. Youth Night, 5:30 p.m. with Young at Heart. Eat at church, crafts, Bible
  lesson and games.
• Sunday Aug. 22 - Sunday Aug. 29 - Meetings with Evangelist Ted Alexander and family, 7:00 p.m. each night. Sunday the 22nd, dinner on the grounds (please sign up on sheet in foyer).
• Saturday Aug. 28 - Pass out tracts at Corn Festival, 9:00 a.m. Church picnic at 4:30 p.m. Eat at about 5:00 p.m. then service at 7:00 p.m.

Beloved, let us praise our great God. Who daily loads us with benefits! There is a sweet spirit among us. May it continue to reside in each of our hearts. Pray that the Lord will work a mighty work within us, and may we see a steady growth in our ministry during the months ahead. Let us be like the Macedonian Christians who “…first
